In other words is a leader always a manager and is a manager always a leader? Which single leadership development strategy can you implement today that will enhance your leadership skills in your clinical practice? How does nursing leadership impact client care and health outcomes?Please follow the guidelines below to answer the questions appropriately. What does this mean for the nursing profession? Honest self-reflection and evidence of continual self-improvement. What can I should I do I need to do better?
